Aight' Ese'. So your in, and your reppin' the 815 now. Shit doesnt get easier from here, to earn yo' keep and maintain the Barrio's and Clique's respect you gotta put in work. This goes From showing respect, through earning it by putting in work. Work is not only just work, it's reliability, your ability to maintain your shit' under fire, it's being able to bang the 815. Work comes in many forms, a higher Up may ask you to retrieve his whip' from the Barrio, or give him a ride. Do so, he's your Ese' Now , Orale'?. Remember what's good now, you are reppin the Latin Kings. That means you should have your head on a fucking tilt Ese'. Remember who you are with, and against. Remember to react appropriately to the situation at hand.

- Target or gang member may be using physical contact against you or another member of the gang.
- Target or gang member may be threatening your life or another person’s life.
- Target or gang member is actively involved in any physical fight, if this fight is set up by our own gang members then let it continue.

* Your actions
At this point you must call for backup as the target may change their actions at any time, take out a bat or any other melee weapon, and show more aggression toward the target. If needed take out your weapon as your target would most likely be armed.

Force Level 3
- Target or gang member is brandishing a firearm
- Target or gang member is car ramming you or another gang member, suggestion is to open fire on the car.
- Target or gang member has placed your life or another gang member’s life in danger
- Target of gang member is seriously assaulting another person ((causing the person or you to be on low health))

*Your actions
At this point you may open fire on the target and do anything you can to remove the threat to the gang. Call back up over a portable radio when possible to ensure the target is removed.

Those are just a few way's to put in work and prove yourself to the 815 that you are reliable and worthy. Gotta' earn the respect. And when it comes to the home Barrio (( Home Turf )) If it's only a few Ese's in the City, Patrol around it. You will be suprised what you may find. Rival Puta' gang ambushes, LSPD Sneaking Photo's , and all sort's of shit that shouldnt be going down on the Eight One Five's Turf.

Also King's, Dont forget that Reppin' the set not only comes in the work that you put in, your colors and rag's (( toys)) , But from when and where you throw up the 815 Latin King gang sign. Throw your Clique's sign wherever you are, to any stranger to identify yourself, and see where they are from. If you dont speak up, Throw up. Ask where other people are from, What are they repin?.
