Weekly Meetings and Meeting (3/29/2012)

We will start having weekly meetings starting now (3/29/2012) each meeting will be on Saturday 14:00 -5 GMT (Server Time)

Rules

The rules are as followed, expect changes to them in the coming days. Keep your eye out.

Family Rules:

- Having atleast 2 people at the varrio at all times rping, this will bring in people seeing us doing hood RP.
- Ranks 1 and 2 need to supply the safe with Pot, Crack, and Mats. Failure to particpate will result in lost of right to use these items.
- All ranks need to consider the three following jobs; Arms Dealer, Bodyguard, Mechanic. Having people with these jobs helps out.
- Respect your higher ranks. They ask you to do something, do it.
- These are the following car restrictions:
- Sanchezs, Burritos and Savannas Are open to all. Patriots are also open to all but try to use for RP only.
- Huntleys are for Ranks 3 and UP
- Sultans are for Ranks 3 and Up
- Buffalos are for Ranks 5 and UP
- If take a car, don't abandon it, refill it and take back to HQ. Caught leaving them or not refill will be demoted
- If you are bored, go out and roleplay with the family, do hood RP do street RP

Rank 4 and Higher Roles/Rules:

These are considered like our officers, they need to follow some rules and conduct aswell.

- Create RP with the family, get the family together to RP whenever possible.
- When not RPing, make sure people in the family are following the rules and at the varrio.
- If RP is not happening then get a group of people together to get pot, crack, and mats.
- Encourage everyone to do rp events to get money for safe.
- Monitor Ranks 1 and 2 and make note of any wrong doing, non-rp, or outstanding RP. We need to make sure we weed out the bad members and keep the good ones.
- Make sure that most of the cars are at the HQ, granted, people will be using some, but if they is a bunch missing, get family together to go find them.
- Changing the freq needs to be cleared with a Rank 5 or higher so the family MOTD can be changed upon /setfreq

NEW 3 STRIKE RULE

How one earns a "strike" is breaking the rules, not following orders, trolling, excessive annoyance, etc. Anything that causes disruption or harm to the family or anyone in it.


1st Offense (After the first set of 3 strikes)
If you acquire three strikes, you get a one rank demotion for one week, at that (one week) you will be placed on probabtion. Any offense and/or strike during that period. Will cause an extension of probabtion for another week (1 strike = 1 more week).

2nd Offense (Another three strikes)
A demotion of rank, must earn rank back.

3rd Offense (Another three strikes)
Removal from the family.

Roleplaying

We realized that we need to create more RP for the family. Alot of times we are "bored" and have no solid RP situations to perform. In order to change this, we will be making solid alliances with some families to the point that they can call on us to help them in a RP event. We will also develop "enemines" that we can go RP with without it turning into a DM fest, whether it is going and talking shit to each other, challenging them to something, or kidnapping one of their members and holding them for ransom.


Materials and Guns

During RP events there has been a lack of materials and/or weapons to supply all members involved. We need to start getting more materials and start having more arms dealers in order to have weapons ready. Not necessarily having materials in the safe, but supply those that can make weapons. If you aint doing anything, run mats, give them to someone that can make weapons. If you don't have a job, pick arms dealer. This will help out the family.

Trolling and Disrespect

This was the reason for creating the 3 strike 3 offense rule, if this shit keeps up, we will be making examples out of people. If you ain't doing it, don't worry about this part, but you know who you are.
